Very easy one as almost everything comes in canned. Soo... Open all cans, get lots of garlic and chopped chilies ready to hit the pot and wash the fresh herbs. You start with getting the roots & carrots stuff cooked in lots of olive oil. Then onions and mushrooms, then all Tuna (incl. the oil), tomato, capers + spices. Bind a "bouquet" of the herbs, add garlic and tons of white (!!) wine to fill up the thing. Cook the baby for at least 2-3 hours! At the end, add fresh basil and shopped spring onions and here you go.... yummy!
