We never go by any exact weights or other measurements and trust you can still get this one going. Here's what's all in it:
White Wine (Lots!), Peeled Tomatoes, Onions, Mushrooms, Spring Onions, Capers, Tuna filets in oil, tons of garlic, tons of chili, fresh basil, fresh marjoram, fresh rosemary, various roots & carots usually used to cook soup (eer... SoupGreen? ;o), dried bay leafs, herbs de provencale , salt, pepper paprika, concentrated tomato puree etc..
