Only 1 challenge with this one. Don't let it burn! (Happened to us once .. oh my..) Other than that ... you start with the bacon, then get the meat very well done, add onions, add mushrooms and other vegetables, add chili and garlic, tie all fresh herbs together, add the wine, add the tomatoes, and.. add everything else. Then you cook it until... forever! Give it at least 3-4 hours. Then turn the heat off and add plenty of fresh basil, chives, parsley, again thyme, origano, rosemary, along with sliced spring onions..and.. you're done !!! |
