Oh... and we forgot Rule 6: Add more meat!! We hope you got the message ;o). So.. this is what's cooking in our pot virtually as we speak: 2 big cans peeled tomatoes, 2 small cans tomato puree, 2.5 kg onions, 1 kg bacon, 1 kg sliced cooked ham, ca. 8 kg ground meat (beef), 1.8 kg canned mushrooms, 2.25 liters red wine (!), lots of fresh garlic, lots of whole dried chilies, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, fresh origano, bay leafs, carrots, celery, leek, chives, parsley, spring onions, basil and the usual stuff.. salt, pepper, dried provencal herbs etc. etc.
