Once done, add some herbed butter on top, add freshly grounded pepper + fresh herbs, such as majoram, rosemary, thyme or anything else you like. The result.... the juciest chicken breast you have ever had.. and we're not kidding. Concerning cheese, obviously there are many kinds you can add, and it does not have to be a lot. Just a little Edamer, Gouda, or Mozarella will do the job. Best of course, needless to say, add lots of Gorgonzola on top some 4:24 minutes before the steaming process is terminated.
