Well... seriously for a change, if you try limiting yourselfs in concerns of adding cheese and herbed butter at the end, this is the BEST way to loose weight. You can virtually eat a mountain of this .. every day. And steaming even preserves all the good things in there such as vitamins. Reports state, that alone changing your monthly diet from 30 BIG portions of Pasta to 30 BIG portions of steamed veggies will make you loose a few kg's easily! This, of course, heavily depends on what other nasty stuff you eat or drink during the day!
