Apologies for the lack of updates lately! We're just too busy these days with no improvement in sight! The good news: We've made a deal with our butcher to smoke our chilies. (He's using beech tree wood for smoking.. yummmy) The bad news: we don't even have time to harvest! Therefore.. quickly some more boring food pictures for'ya! LT: A chili burger we saw at a local bar! RT: Another variety of our steamed veggies! LB: A German potatoe dumpling filled with a canario chili, and RB: Oh my... what a treat... Stew of (Bio) Lamb! |
