We've just finished two projects and our squirrel baby is enjoying lunch outside, so what the heck... let's do a quick break and a log update! On left top you see preparations for our smoking test last Tuesday. We then delivered like 10 -15 chilies to our butcher and can pick the smoked ones up tomorrow! We're really curious to see ( er.. eat) the results. If this is promising, almost the whole harvest will suffer the same fate and end up in a big grinder this year! We'll keep you updated on what comes out of this for sure next week! :o) |
